The Newton Bicycle and Pedestrian Task Force meets on October 28th (the fourth Tuesday of the month) at 7:45 pm, in the cafeteria in the basement of Newton City Hall.  The meeting is open to the public.  Proposals for improvements in the safety and convenience of pedestrian and bicycling facilities are welcome, and everyone is invited to also share observations and concerns about walking and bicycling in Newton.  For more information, call George Kirby at 617-965-8724.
